2024 ANNUAL MEETING

Date: Tuesday, February 27, 2024

There are two ways to join the meeting:

  • The last four digits of your account number - if you have less than four digits please add zeros in front until you have four digits.

  • The last four digits of the primary account holders social security number or the last four digits of the EIN if a business account.

Join in person at our headquarters branch located at 757 Redwood Dr, Garberville CA.

There are no ballot measures requiring a member vote for the February 27, 2024 annual meeting.

Director Nomination Results/Election by Acclamation:

There are two (2) positions, each for a three (3) year term up for election on the Board. Both positions will begin February 27, 2024, following the adjournment of the annual meeting.

The nominating committee acknowledges the two completed notices of intent and candidacy of the following:

Incumbent Director: Marcia Mendels

Incumbent Director: Erica Boyd

The number of nominees is equal to the number of seats open for the term beginning February 27, 2024. Therefore, the two candidates noted as presented by the nominating committee herein, shall be elected by acclamation for the terms noted above at the February 27, 2024 meeting.
